When I was younger Easter was SUCH a big deal. And a lot of that was because I got to pick out a brand new, completely over the top, fancy Easter dress.
Nowadays, my Easter’s are far more casual, but I’m still not gonna turn down an opportunity for a new dress! I just like to pick something a little more on budget, and something that can get more use than just one fancy Sunday.
This dress from Old Navy has gotten me through many Spring events the last couple years. Easter, graduations, weddings-it can pull it all off. Right now it’s on sale for $15 which basically means you can’t go wrong. There’s a bunch of different patters and the cut is so flattering. Plus it is super comfy so it will definitely get you through any of those long events.
I like to pair my teal version of the dress with a white clutch and nude heels which keeps it appropriate for any and all situations. Those two pieces are absolute staples in wardrobe!

One tradition that hasn’t changed is my mom ALWAYS puts together an Easter basket for me! Honestly getting a box full of candy & mini presents (like movies!) when I was off at college was such a treat. My friends were totally jealous because let’s be real, no one is ever to old to appreciate presents, especially those of the chocolate variety.
What are some of your favorite Easter traditions? Is it seeing family? The excuse to eat wayyy too much candy? THE EASTER EGG HUNT??? Let me know in the comments!
