Protecting Hair Color Vibrancy With Elvive By L’oreal

I’ve been coloring my hair for over 10 years now, which also means I have that long of experience in protecting it. Especially since the majority of my dyes have been some shade of blonde! We’ve all heard the horror stories about blonde going bad for various reasons. So when I was asked to review a new product in the Elvive line by L’oreal it was a perfect match!

Elvive is all about reviving damaged hair. I’ve been coloring my hair since the first time my natural blonde starting turning into a natural brunette, and using heat products for even longer. Basically my hair knows damage. And I know that I need to take special care of it. Luckily, L’oreal totally understands that there are a bunch of us in this same boat.

I was really happy with how easy it was to use this hair mask! After you’ve washed it, you just leave the hair mask on for 3-5 minutes and then rinse out. Just adding one more step to washing is such a convenient way to be taking care of my hair. And I definitely noticed my hair keeping its soft blonde without any fading or damage.

If you need to protect your hair color I definitely recommend finding this whole line-if a mask isn’t for you there are also a shampoo & conditioner!

Personally I want to go find more products for myself & try some of the lines under the Elvive name. There are certainly some times I could really use Total Repair, and I could also see the Extraordinary Oil line being really good for the Winter.

Elvive is a great way to affordably take care of your hair in the way it deserves!

I’ve seen the ad for this mask a couple times and I’ve usualy always had good results with L’Oreal products so I have now doubt of how well it works. Glad it works well for your hair and great review! 🙂
