Beige Knit Cardigan & Burgundy Booties

Cardigans are one of my favorite parts of starting to transition my wardrobe. They’re just so fun to play with layering in different ways. I especially love how comfy a good knit can be, and anything that lets me combine cuddly comfort and style is automatically going to become a go-to piece. This beige knit cardigan from Nordstrom is such a good combination of design and color for Fall!

I like for my cardigans to run on the big size because I like the longer look. This one is cut big which means I was able to order my usual size(small) and still get the length I wanted. Plus, I know I’m going to be layering and using it for a lot of different things so I needed the baggy fit. You can totally see in the pics how long the sleeves, so if you prefer a tighter fit definitely order a size smaller! It’s been selling out quickly so I’m also including one very similar!

These burgundy block-heel booties are currently under $50 and I cannot recommend them enough! I got a ton of questions about them on Insta the other day but I had picked them up last year and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find them again. Luckily they’re still around and in stock. The color is absolutely gorgeous and a fun way to add pop with a Fall flair.

The weather has just been crazy lately! My thoughts are with those in Houston, Florida, and everywhere dealing with hurricane season! Up here in the Northwest we’re having the extreme opposite with raging wildfires popping up and spreading like crazy! We can’t go outside today because the air quality is so terrible. It’s a horrible combination with my poor allergies. And my car has layers of ash on it from spending the night outside! I didn’t think I’d ever be hoping for rain here to help calm everything down. It’s just so crazy seeing the pictures from around the country and what everyone is having to deal with.

  1. Beautiful look on you, I love longer cardigans myself. I agree with this crazy weather; I’m in the northeast and haven’t had much of anything except for a typical summer, thankfully!
